Perfect little studio for two!!
You cannot beat the view of this building!! Perfect location! Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you want a little bit more action! Within walking distance of a great little supermarket! Food truck park right outside! Great pool and hot tub! The check in process was the smoothest I’ve ever had. if I had anything negative to say it would just be it needs a deep spring cleaning! But I’m also picky! I cannot say enough about the management property! Great communication and so very kind!! It made the trip that much better! Cari and Angel with Maui Beachfront rentals! You guys rock! Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat! Can’t wait to come back

Not as advertised
We have stayed a the Mahana for over 25 years and renter many units. This one is at the bottom end. Slightly remodeled, it has many flaws. The kitchen has the washer dryer in it. The doors accesing the equipment are not hung. They have fallen off their mounts and are just left in the niche. Looks very bad. The ice maker does not work. The flooring is the original - 40 year old tile with dirty grout. The kitchen is outfitted with minimal supplies - you gotta run the dishwasher all the time, no excess plates or cups. The kitchen knifes are below Walmart grade. Rusty, dirty, and useless. Washer makes horrendous noise. Bathroom is OK but minimal improvements. Not correct furniture selected for a small space. One end table, no place like a coffee table or the like. No ceiling fan. All units have one. The Mahana is great but this unit needs upgrades.

Not great
The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Worn down property poorly maintained and not clean. Holes in the outside chair seating and lanai area wasn't even wiped down as old bird droppings were on the railings. Very poor management company. Clearly the owners have not been to this unit in a long time. I just saw that the property is for sale.

Wonderful visit
Our stay was great!!! The properties was exactly as described and convenient to most of our activities. The view of the whales going full breach was breathtaking alone views of dolphins and turtles. Planning on staying there again in 2 years!!!
