Non smoking apartment, about 60 square meters, in the upper floor of an old town house. In this accommodation you will find a living room with sofa and sep. Dining area, flat screen TV (satellite TV), DVD, stereo radio. The open kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, 2 burner stove, fridge etc .; 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and WC. The final cleaning is included! Bed linen 8 € / set and towel package 5.00 € on request. Pets are not allowed. Parking (public) near the house.

Die Wohnung ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet und unbequem. Fernseher funktioniert nicht richtig. Im Bad roch es unangenehm aus dem Abfluss. Wahrscheinlich länger nicht benutzt. Keine Ablage über dem Waschbecken,oder in der Dusche. Die Treppe zur Wohnung (20 Stufen sehr steil) für ältere Menschen LEBENSGEFÄHRLICH. Die Wohnungstür hat keinen Türknopf,sondern einen normalen Türdrücker,der auch nicht oben bleibt,weil das Türschloss zu schwach ist um den Drücker oben zu halten.Ich habe mit den anderen Mietern im Haus gesprochen,und die wahren genauso enttäuscht wie wir. Die Wohnungen sind unterterste Schublade und selbst mit 25 € überbezahlt. Auf keinen Fall würde ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Wohnung war ein Reinfall
Wohnung war dreckig; Fensterscheiben blind; Bettdecken und Kissen musste man noch kaufen vor Ort, obwohl im Angebot nix stand, dass man sich diese mitbringen muss; im Bad keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Das Bett ist in der ersten Nacht zusammengekracht, weil der Vermieter nicht korrekt vorbereitet hatte. Dann gab es nur eine „Hühnerleiter“ zur Wohnung. Also für ältere Menschen nicht zu empfehlen. Steckdosen halb von der Wand gerissen (offene Kabel).
