Ruime, Rustige en mooie villa
Zeer ruime villa in een residentiele wijk. Het huis is mooi en compleet ingericht. 3 slaapkamers met 2 aparte badkamers. De laatste slaapkamer heeft douchkabine op de kamer. De tuin is volledig prive en heeft geen inkijk van de buren, volledig mooi aangelegd en ruim. Groot zwembad maar mocht warmer. De buitenkeuken is een topper met BBQ en planca. Het huis ligt op wandelafstand van de kust (centrum, maar een fiets maakt het zo veel praktischer en sneller. Je kunt veilig fietsen.

Sehr liebevoll
Ein sehr großes und liebevoll gepflegtes Haus mit einer schönen Atmosphäre. Es fehlt einem an nicht. Grillplatz mit Plancha, gepflegter Pool, bei Rückfragen kümmern sich die Vermieter sofort. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, die benachbarte Schule stört garnicht. Mit dem Auto ist man zügig an (Sept.) allen Stränden inklusive Cap Ferret.
