Jederzeit wieder!
Sehr netter Vermieter und Hausmeister,der uns am 1.Tag erklärt hat,wie es mit der Nutzung der Fewo,dem Müll,Handtüchern usw abläuft. Die Fewo war sauber u.ordentlich. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nur Geschirr war etwas zu wenig vorhanden. Würden uns noch ein paar Schüsselchen,Besteck und grössere Kaffeetassen u.Toaster wünschen.Die Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Die Lage ist ruhig,da abseits der Hauptstraße. Wir sind ganz verliebt in die Landschaften,die Seen und Berge u.werden bald wieder kommen.

Waren 2Erwachsene und 2 Kinder Platz war ausreichend. Küche hatte kaputte teller und gläser. Grundausstattung küche ungenügend, salz, spülmittel, schwamm hat gefehlt. Hauswart konnte man kaum verstehen, da er weder gut deutsch noch italienisch sprach und die freundlichkeit liess auch zu wünschen übrig.

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf
Wir waren eine Woche im März mit Familie dort. Die laut Beschreibung einfache und zweckmäßige Ausstattung stellte sich für unser Empfinden als nicht anforderungsgerecht heraus. Die Küche empfanden wir als unangenehm, die Herdplatten waren eingebrannt, die Spülmaschine lose eingebaut, Töpfe, Teller, Bestecke in Minimalanzahl aus verschiedenen Porzellanen zusammengewürfelt, die Duschtüren alle defekt und nicht voll schließend. Da kam kein Urlaubsfeeling auf… Hausmeister spricht kein Deutsch!
