About this property

Newly renovated holiday house - recreation in "AnnAHuuS" in Nessmersiel. WLAN incl.

You can expect a modern furnished holiday home in a quiet location. New fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and high-quality equipment make you want to cook. Flat screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. An extendable dining table with three chairs and bench invite you to a cozy meal. On the comfortable sofa you can comfortably end the evenings. For the winter months, the stove gives the cozy warmth and gives you a cozy atmosphere.
The equipment includes, of course, a washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. For small holiday guests, a travel cot and a high chair is available.
The staircase to the first floor is secured at the top with a stair gate.

If you do not want to load your suitcases with bed linen, towels and tea towels, you can rent them at our property management for a small fee.

AnnAHuuS ist wunderschön
Mein kleiner Hund Peanut und ich haben uns im AnnAHuuS sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und äußerst gepflegt. Gegen das „Schietwetter“ hat der gut zu bedienende Kaminofen, der auch sehr einfach zu reinigen war, wohlig warm geholfen.

Superschönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren für 14 Tage mit unserem Vierbeiner im AnnAHuus und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, für unseren Hund natürlich ideal, er konnte sich frei bewegen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ohne jeglichen Verkehrslärm oder sonstige Geräusche. Auch die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter oder der Verwaltung vor Ort war absolut problemlos und sehr angenehm. Wir können das Objekt jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir haben eine schöne Woche in einer sehr schönen Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlte verbracht . Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Wir hatten uns nur besseres Wetter erhofft. Haben aber jeden Tag das Beste draus gemacht.

Sehr schönes Haus
Leider auch von Regen überhäuft, die Unterkunft war sehr schön und richtig gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Ort ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Strand ist knapp 2 Km entfernt, fußläufig ca 25 Minuten. Parken vor Ort ist möglich, Tageskarte 6 Euro. Strandkorb 10 Euro am Tag.Direkter Spielplatz am Strand. Im Ort gibt es den kleinen Edeka Markt, minimal teurer als im Edeka 8 km entfernt, der wesentlich mehr anzubieten hat. Der Bäcker vor Ort auch fußläufig ca 8 Minuten, die Kinder haben täglich die Brötchen geholt, dies kann unbesorgt gemacht werden. Im Ort selbst ist meistens Schritttempo,leider halten sich sehr viele nicht daran, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
