Great stay
Very comfortable condo. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut and the exercise room too. Conveniently located.. close to shopping and Disney World.

The perfect vacation home
We were thrilled to spend a week at Terra Verde. The townhome is incredibly spacious and located perfectly - across from the main building and all the amenities. We were a family of 4 but there is plenty of room for more. The rooms were great in size, the main floor was spotless and roomy. Having the washer/dryer on the main floor was very useful. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and everything worked really well. Mimi was a fantastic host and very responsive. The amenities at Terra Verde were wonderful- keep $5 on you to borrow the equipment for all the outdoor games (you get it back). There is a $20 charge for a key card for the front gate - we didn't get one and just showed our ID and Reservation each time we came in. The resort is a very quick drive to a Walmart and a great selection of restaurants. Traffic in Kissimmee is incredibly slow so bring your patience lol Universal was about a 25 min drive but plan for 45-60 to actually get there and get parked. Dinner at Logan's Roadhouse near Old Town was amazing! The Tiki Bar on site has great prices on food - we ordered the chicken strips at least 5 times to share and the kisd loved the virigin daquiris and other mixed frozen slushy drinks. The pool was great, the walking paths around the lakes are lovely. If you're coming to play tennis, the courts are about 1km away - just ask the front desk for the key before you go. The kids also enjoyed the indoor games room and I read about 4 books from the library in the common space. They also had coffee every morning from 8-11 for guests. Honestly...it was just perfect. We loved our stay and wish we had more than a week. It was just so easy! *As an fyi, there are hundreds of cute little lizards around the grounds so watch your step and be prepared to walk around the Muldovy Ducks...we didn't feed them but many must :)

Super dooper. We had four adults two kiddos. Super close to pool. The club house was under staffed and had to close early several nights. The hot tub at the pool was closed multiple days. But the property, location and overall experience was good and we would go back.

Nice Kissimmee get-away
My family celebrated my daughter’s 25th birthday at Universal and Disney. This place was a nice addition during our downtime. The resort was peaceful and serene. There’s a large pool, outdoor games and indoor theater room for all family members to enjoy. The resort was about 35 minutes from Universal. I would stay again.
