A stylish and luxury 2 bedroom villa with amazing sea view just 10 minutes walking distance form the beach with private pool.

Located in the area of Karteros, which is just 10 minutes away from Heraklion (the capital of Crete), the villa offers both a vacation house and the option to visit all major sites, restaurants, bars and activities that Heraklion has to offer.
The villa is 10 minutes away from the airport and port.
Amazing outdoor space with private pool, outdoor shower, beach beds and a hammock to relax. Also, there is a barbeque area and a large outdoor dining area.

All rooms have aircon and bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with also an indoor dining area and there is a dedicated work area with a personal computer.
The villa also provides exercise equipment and has a private parking.

It is ideal location, combines both a place where the guest can enjoy the beach and also, it is just 10 minutes by car from the capital of Crete, Heraklion.

Family trip
Very clean and with everything you need. Very nice touch was a plentiful supply of fruits, cheeses, breads and crackers. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very nice view to the ocean and a lot of outdoor sitting area. Not too many nearby restaurants but right next to highway so easy 10 minute drive to Heroklion city and airport. Owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend it!

5 star stay. Really a beautiful villa with everything we needed. We felt really looked after and Alex even had some welcome cakes for us and the fridge was lightly stocked with milk etc which was lovely.
