You'll even be located only 2 blocks away from the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier and popular restaurants like Island Way!

Upon walking inside from the wraparound porch, you're instantly transported back to an era where you can slow down and focus on spending quality time with those you love. The spacious open floor plan boasts a cozy living room with comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV. A few steps away is the dining area with seating for 6 and the well-appointed kitchen that features ample counter space, a coffee maker, and everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay.

The spectacular ocean views continue into the master bedroom, where you will find a queen-size bed and a charming ensuite bathroom with a shower. There are two other bedrooms down the hallway from the kitchen — one boasts a queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV, while the other has two twin-size beds and a flatscreen TV. These bedrooms share a quaint guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The vibes are relaxed, and everything is easy here; just grab the leash for your beach adventures! There's even an outdoor shower for you and your fur kids to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand, splashing in the surf, and fishing from the beach (or pier). But the amenities don't stop there; you'll find high-speed wireless internet available for those that need to stay connected, along with a full-size washing machine and dryer. Don't wait for this special place to get booked — reserve your stay at The Last Chance today!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours! For this house you are eligible for up to $245.00 credit on any beach gear! Book now to reserve your gear today!

Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. House if fine - management company terrible
The house in a good location - looks like pics - three star meaning it's an average house - a little older but just fine for us. If the owner wants to be successful he needs to find a new managment company. Basically nothing to use in kitchen. We flew in - had to buy beach chairs for 3 days use - they could have supplied these. Bathroom shower curtain too short and fell down. Asked for late check out - they said we could stay until 11am - asked if we got out of house and packed car if we could stay on the beach a little longer if we could leave car in one of two spots at house - the answer was no because it might confuse the maid. Later in the day when we realized that we left a small electronic item we called to see if maid could get it for us - but they told us maid wasn't coming until next day. So they could have let us stay later - just couldn't be bothered - but that would have made our trip much better. Asked them to call back when they found the item - they never did. Followed up much later and they said they would charge us $25 to stick in regular mail. Oh forgot, asked if they had a grill - they said yes - ends up to be a TINY floor unit that might cost $19. They had not beach towels or beach umbrellas or any beach toys of any kind. The wifi code in the unit was the wrong one and the TV didn't work the entire time. Nobody there cares. But the house is fine.

We will be back!
I can’t say how much we were pleased with the house, location, cleanliness, everything was excellent. If every house that this realtor manages is like then kudos! Thanks for an excellent experience!

Perfect family cottage on the ocean
The Last Chance provided the perfect spot for our adult family of 5. The bathrooms were nicely updated and everything was clean and waiting for us. After a bit of a planning snafu, the owners and property managers went out of their way to help us resolve the issue and we were so grateful. Highly recommend this cottage.
