One queen sleeper sofa located in the living room, an open dinning area with a table for 4 people. One King size bed in the master bedroom with a Private Ensuite. One queen size bed in the guest bedroom. This beautiful condo provides a very cozy and relaxed atmosphere, welcoming you and your family to a wonderful stay. Non Smoking. No pets allowed . Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. Area great for long beach walks and close enough to Myrtle Beach but also far enough away. An hour and a half from Charleston. Garden City Beach is close to historic Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, as well as all the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are two outlet shopping centers within 30 minutes, lots of miniature golf and plenty for families to do.

Nice View
The property had a great view. The condo was not that clean and smelled like bacon grease. We had to clean the shower and we are not coming back.
