The shuttle train connects you to the 2, 3, 4, 5, Q, and F trains. This gives you access to all trains across the city. The apartment is colorful and filled with expensive/comfortable furniture. It has a luxurious leather sofa and beautiful art work. It has 2 beautiful marble fire places. It has a huge beautiful bathroom. It sits in a diverse community. There are restaurants and stores on every corner, all walking distance. The laundry mat and supermarket are literally 100 feet away. It is very private and quiet.

Lovely old brownstone in cordial friendly neighborhood
This is a big apartment that is in fact the whole floor. Older feeling with good working kitchen and great windows plus a small useful room off main bedroom owner who occupies below is most and available to any need.
