Welcome to the ideal home for your family’s Cocoa Beach Vacation! ***pool closed Nov 27-30 *** Located in the Cocoa Beach Towers- this 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor 1200 sq ft condo is just steps to the heated pool & private beach entrance, restaurants & the Cocoa Beach Pier.
King size bed in Master, with a queen & twin in the second bedroom.
Dining area and full patio facing the pool and putting green.
It has everything youll need for your vacation- Central ac, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, linens & beach towels, beach toys and dual slider doors that open to poolside with beach access and putting green.
Comfortable sleeping includes King bed, queen bed & twin with 2 bathrooms.
Close to Ron Jons famous surf shop, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Dinosaur museum, an hour to Disney.

Great Location
Steps from the beach and walkable to restaurants. Rocket launch our first night! Ground level condo, could hear upstairs neighbors at night but they settled down after dinner and it was not an issue. Unit was a little "worn" - but did not detract from visit. Location, location, location!

Wonderful condo
We stayed her with my kids and mother in law. We had a wonderful visit. To proximity to the beach and pool was top notch and all the pool and beach toys were a hit with my little ones! We will definitely return sometime. Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic stay! Great for kiddos and we plan to book again :)
We had an amazing stay. What a beautifully outfitted little condo. Comfortable beds and very well stocked with all of the essentials. I was hesitant to book on the first floor, but we wanted quick access to the pool and the beach and it was fantastic for that. We did hear a bit of noise from the upstairs condo during high traffic times, but that was a fair tradeoff for walk-out access to the little putting green, pool, and beach. It was perfect for our little group of 6. Dawn was amazing and responsive, and communicated quickly when we were missing a pillowcase and the second toilet was having some challenges. A highlight for us was how nicely everything is situated for a family. Especially if you are flying in, there are beach toys, umbrellas, a buggy, boogie boards, and more. Really, we've recommended this property to friends and family already.

We will be coming back!
This property was exactly as listed! Spacious, Very clean both condo & property surrounding; so close to the pool & beach; our family of 5, kids ages 5, 7 & 8 felt very comfortable & at home; beds were comfortable; kitchen had all we needed; location is perfect for beach days and traveling to Legoland and Kennedy Space Center; thank you for sharing your property!
