Guests of this rustic & modern room have access to a beautiful and spacious garden with lots of plants and flowers, a grill and a dining area.

In the tastefully furnished house, rustic architecture and modern charm are combined. The private apartment offers decorative, sloping (attic) wooden ceilings and a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a wide-screen TV, a seating area and a sink and separate toilet.

The living room

The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, a microwave and a coffee machine. Shower is in the room with a sink, toilet is about 5 meters away from the room. (IN the house)

The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The beautiful area around Lake Constance is ideal for hiking, cycling and swimming.

Access for guests

Access to the beautiful garden, free parking in front of the house, barbecue, deck chairs and more. V. M. complete the great offer :-)

Zu zweit oder allein ist dieses Zimmer völlig ausreichend. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum See sind es 10min zu Fuss bergab. Der Campingplatz vor Ort lädt zum Baden ein .

Klein, aber fein!!
Wer hätte gedacht, dass eine ganze Ferienwohnung in 1 Zimmer (Dachzimmer!) passt? Ein spezielles Feeling, so direkt neben der Küche(nzeile) zu duschen! Bis in die Details gut durchdacht und ausgestattet, sogar einen Eierkocher gab es! (Eierbecher aber selbst mitbringen!) Gianluca, der Vermieter, war sehr zuvorkommend und nett, wenn etwas fehlt, kümmert er sich gleich. Sehr gut ist auch, dass man den Garten mitbenutzen kann, zumal es in dem Dachzimmer zu heiß wäre im Sommer. Die Lage ist traumhaft, mitten in der Natur am Rand von Allensbach, die Umgebung wunderschön, zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Wir haben die Woche dort genossen!
