Penthouse #1602 is a fully-furnished and finely-decorated 4 bedroom unit with breathtaking views. The penthouse has a beautifully updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, gas fireplace, and includes in-suite laundry. The expansive living room has multiple TV's, high-speed internet access, and a pool table for everyone to enjoy. This special resort rental will comfortably accommodate a family of eleven. For additional convenience, our on-site team provides 24-hour emergency maintenance, package receiving services as well as night patrols. We are pet friendly as well!

Mayflower Penthouse
Great location! One block off the beach with ocean views from almost every window--and there are a lot of windows providing great natural light during the day and views of city lights at night. Easy walk to restaurants, arts district, grocery store. The space is terrific for a large group. Two spacious seating areas provide separate areas for kids and adults. Amenities were sparse; so prepare for a trip to the store for essentials. Office management was courteous but inconsistent, at best, in responsiveness.
