6 heated pools all around this Palm Springs getaway!

**Main pool is heated year round.**
This beautiful townhouse is located in a gated resort-style community on the Tahquitz Creek golf course, surrounded by mountains and towering palms. The townhouse is near many popular shopping and dining establishments, a short ride from the Palm Springs Airport and 5.5 miles to downtown PS. The community offers 6 pools.
There are 5 beds, and 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is located on the first floor and the rest are located upstairs.

Enjoy an open floor plan on the main floor so you can have lots of conversation with your group over food & entertainment.

Options, options! Nice outdoor furniture is provided in the front and back:
- Sip on coffee or a cocktail under the beautiful desert sky overlooking mountains in the front patio (sun umbrella available).
- Or take a Zoom call over coffee in the covered back patio out of the sun.

All rooms have ceiling fans for your convenience (in addition to central AC/heat) and shutters in each window help keep the light out of case you want to sleep in.

Guests can use all 6 pools & tennis courts. Pools are a 2-4 walk away from front door, and are open until midnight.

In addition to the pools and hot tub, guests can enjoy the tennis courts, pavilion and Bocce courts (Bocce equipment not included).

Golf is conveniently a few minutes away and carts can be rented nearby.

Very friendly atmosphere.
With the exception of some unfortunate mid-listing information, we had a lovely time. Owner was relatively flexible accommodating the wrong timing of our departure. Overall, a very convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay.
