Ferien mit Familie
Das Haus war ganz gut. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Das Inventar war zum Teil in einem nicht so gutem Zustand. Und leider waren die 4 Liegestühle die dazugehörten nicht auffindbar. Aber dies hat uns nicht davon abgehalten ein paar schöne Tage in dem Haus zu verbringen. Wir würden trotz Kleinigkeiten das Haus wieder mieten.

Ferienhaus Poggi
Das Haus war total verwohnt mit defekten Möbeln, fleckigen Kissen und sehr sehr schlecht gereinigt. Vor allem die Küche. Auch die Dusche im EG hat fast nicht funktioniert. Wir haben Fotos der Zustände an die vor Ort zuständige Person geschickt, aber nie ein Feedback erhalten. Wir sind bereits nach 2 Tagen wieder abgereist. Ein Haus in so schlechtem Zustand zu dem Preis haben wir noch nie erlebt!

Das Haus ist in Ordung. Sehr schmale kurvige Einfahrt. Einfahrt hat ein Gefälle von ca. 60%. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Haus ist nicht überall komplett Sauber. Für Ferien mit einigen Freunden ist es jedoch gut Geeignet.

Petit séjour en famille
Grande maison avec bel espace de vie, beau jardin et magnifique vue. Idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants 2 chambres et une salle de bain à chaque étage. Wifi, cuisine équipée, draps et serviettes à disposition. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Mangelhaftes Ferienhaus
Ferienhaus wies erhebliche Mängel auf (defekte Möbel z.T. verschimmelt/Untergeschoss, defekte Küchengeräte,Warmwasser nur an einem Wasserhahn/Dusche, WLAN nicht durchgängig) und war im Allgemeinen nicht gepflegt (unsauber, nicht gereinigte Badezimmer/Küche). Nicht genug Bestuhlung im Außenbereich für gebuchte Personenanzahl.
