Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 6 nights in the beautiful Merlot Mountain home and would highly recommend this spacious property. Our family of 9 had more than enough room to spend together inside and on the wonderful deck spaces. Laundry facilities on both upper and lower floors was a bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub and community pool. The house still smelled "new" and was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes and appliances. Location provided easy access to all our excursions in the Branson area. This was definitely our best vacation rental thus far. Prior to our arrival we received a phone call from Sunset Realty making sure we had our code for entry and assuring us that we could contact them with any requests or issues. If you plan to visit the Branson area you could not do better than Sunset Nightly Rentals. A big thank you to Dustin and the rest of the team for helping us to create family memories.

Absolutely perfect home for the 14 of us-great house setup for the college age/teenage kids and adults as well. Keeping all happy is never easy and this place did! Pools were smaller than expected from pictures though. We never used them as a result.

Perfect house for a family vacation
Merlot Mountain was the perfect house to accommodate a family of 10 with ages ranging from 1 year old to 70 years old. The property manager called the day of arrival to see if we had any questions or needed anything for our trip. The house was beautiful, rooms were nice sized, and two amazing covered decks.
