Stores, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and you can stroll through Montignac and experience the Château de Coulonges or the Château de Sauveboeuf with an exceptional private collection of prehistoric objects. Lascaux IV is the long-awaited replica of the world-famous cave with prehistoric paintings. Or experience the caves Lascaux II and Le Régourdou. On the Vézère you can take a nice trip by canoe or kayak, or explore the area on foot or on a horseback ride. Experience the church in Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, the abbey of Saint-Amand-de-Coly or the Parc du Thot, which explores prehistoric themes in a scientific context. The Château de Commarque will delight you, as will the monastic church of Saint-Sour in Terrasson-Villedieu.
