Everything a traveler needs for a night's stay before hitting the road.
This apartment is in a quiet subdivision in the country, near the highway, making for a quick exit after a rested stay. It has a small, sunny front room with a tv and windows overlooking a large yard. There is a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate. Also a selection of pans and dishes. The first two rooms might make you think the whole place is small, but in the back there is a nice bedroom, a walk-in closet, and an attractive bathroom. There isn't a large table to sit and eat at, so this might be a little cramped for a large family. The host family lives next door with their children and dog, so a little noise and activity can be expected. There is full size washer and dryer available for use after 6pm. This is a nice choice if you want a quiet place to stay before continuing on your journey. There is a gas station several miles away toward Fort Saint John, and Charlie Lake.

I am a stay at home mom to two crazy awesome boys! I love gardening, baking and spending time outdoors with my family. My husband and I were both born & raised in Kelowna but moved up north in 2013!

Why they chose this property

We bought this home in 2020. I tossed around the idea of sharing the suite with more than just family since buying. We finally made it happen in 2022. We love this area because it's close to town but you still have the rural feel. Being right off of the highway is also a plus we get to see a lot of cool trucks as my son would say.

What makes this property unique

We have a beautiful front yard! With little trails for the kids/dogs to roam through! We are working on trails in the backyard as well. We have a total of 5 acres so the goal is to make trails throughout the entire property.
