False advertising
This apartment was supposed to be fully air conditioned! While there was technically some air conditioning, there was only air conditioning in two bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in the main living space or in the third bedroom. This means that there is only partial air conditioning for the unit. I would not have rented the apartment if I knew this. There was no hot water when we arrived. The water heater was turned off and there was no notification about that. We had to take cold showers for the first day until we could find out what was going on. Not happy about that! They should have come and turned the water heater on before our arrival or at the very least communicated what we had to do to get hot water. There was only 1 bath towel for each bathroom. Only 4 medium towels in total. We were only provided with one single trash bag for a week of staying there. Not acceptable. Not one of the kitchen knives are usable. None were sharp enough to cut an apple. Looks like they came from the street. They need to throw that knife set away! The stove, all burners were not level, and two of them were totally unusable as they were bent up 2 inches or more. The oven must be replaced! The microwave and toaster oven we're fine. Primary shower is missing privacy curtain for the window. The condition and description of the apartment is not what I expected in Colonia Escalon. I would not recommend this apartment. The owner needs to correct the description. False advertising!
