Awesome location
This property was great. It is the perfect location. Close to many places to eat, bars, and amenities. Not to mention the street car is 30 feet from the front steps. It's also amazing because the street cars line up each night in front of the home waiting to be stored for the night. This neighborhood is very safe, we walked everywhere and we're out until 4am some nights. It is quiet at night, but minutes from all the fun. Make sure to check out the local bars, and restaurants. They are better than the French quarter.

Charming, updated and good location
We were visiting Tulane University which was a 15-20 minute walk through a lovely neighborhood. There are good places to eat on the same block and in surrounding areas. Our stay was comfortable, the place was clean, updated and had plenty of amenities for our needs (only stayed 2 nights). I would recommend and return if we are in the area again. It's a great value!

Nice place
Very nice and quiet. AWESOME restaurant directly across the street , Boucherie , you need to go see Ms. Sara. Pleasant and went out of her way to accommodate us. The food was sooooo good I damn near ordered the whole menu to take home and she graciously froze it for us for the trip back. Next time we go it’ll have to be 100% leisure. Love the city.
