Guests will have full access to the entire house and property. Be aware that there is no barrier between the backyard and the lake. You can walk right into the lake.

We have a manager in the area if needed.

- There are 2 exterior security cameras located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway and on the back deck facing the yard. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.
