Our apartment is located in the legendary Ostseebad Sellin with its houses in the historic style of the sophisticated spa architecture.
Within a short time you can walk to the promenade at the end of which the picturesque pier is waiting for you. The beautiful sandy beach can also be reached on foot in no time.
In the immediate vicinity there is also the modern Ostseetherme, where you can relax and enjoy your vacation even on less sunny days.
In the well-kept complex there are also shops, shops, a bakery, cafes and restaurants and for the little ones there is also an adventure playground nearby.
By car you can reach all other sights within a few minutes, especially the Ostseebad Binz, which shines again in new splendor or the chalk museum, the frenzied Roland and much more awaits your visit.

Our 55 sqm, fully renovated and newly furnished apartment in 2019 offers a full range of cozy, luxurious and fully furnished as well as newly renovated apartment, with WiFi, cable connection, etc. (see property description and photos). A modern kitchen offers everything you need to care for loved ones. Two balconies and a light-flooded living room offer the opportunity to relax in all seasons.

The Seepark Sellin invites you to linger with its historical architecture of the sophisticated Baltic seaside resorts. In the holiday park there are shops, shops, a bakery, cafes and restaurants and, as already mentioned, the adventure playground is in the immediate vicinity.
In the immediate vicinity there is also the Ostseetherme, where you can fully enjoy your vacation, swim or use a sauna even on less sunny days.
