Newly appointed in April 2022, this modern 2BED/3BATH condo in Bankers Hill near downtown has an incredibly open and bright feel with floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows, and free parking, with all the space and features to comfortably sleep 7 guests. The location is just a few blocks away from Little Italy and Balboa park. Live the downtown life while still getting a great night's sleep.

The Space:
Everything has been expertly chosen and crafted for the best vacation home experience possible. There are two free parking parks in a secured underground garage. As you walk into the condo, you will be greeted by floor to ceiling windows, bright natural light, and chic modern furniture. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. After ascending the spiral staircase, you will find a spacious bedroom with a full bathroom, queen-sized bed and a trundle with 2 twin beds. Perfect for kids or individuals. A third full bathroom can be found downstairs. The large open kitchen/living/dining space allows for a gathering amongst family and friends and the smaller separated living room with a futon allows for a more smaller intimate setting. For your nights in, the kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare gourmet meals. There are also high-end amenities waiting for you. Luxury linens are professionally cleaned and sanitized, and our Beekman toiletries will leave you refreshed and relaxed after your shower.

The Neighborhood:
Bankers Hill is one of the most established neighborhoods in San Diego. Located uptown near the popular Balboa Park, it is a super safe neighborhood in a more upscale portion of San Diego. These days, Bankers Hill is a cultured community that is hot for trends. Within its borders, there are farm-to-table restaurants, to sushi spots, small plate eateries and decadent dessert restaurants that rival those found in neighboring Little Italy. The walk-ability to restaurants, cafes, bars and the world famous Balboa park make it one of the best urban neighborhoods in San Diego.

Getting Around:
Bankers Hill is a very walkable neighborhood but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyft are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OUTDOOR AREA/PATIO IS NOT AVAILABLE AND DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS UNIT. USE OF THE SPACE WILL RSULT IN A 200.00 FINE FROM THE HOA.

QUIET HOURS FROM 9PM-8AM:
To be kind to the neighbors, any loud noise levels have a STRICT 9pm curfew please.
The HOA is cracking down on excessive noise here. If any noise complaints are received, it is considered a violation of the rules and can result in a termination of the stay without refund.

Great location, nice property.
This is a very nice updated property. Secure access in a great location to all of the things around balboa park, Gaslamp, little Italy, etc. Planes landing at the airport can be loud, but it really didn’t seem to bother our kids while sleeping. Very comfortable place. Nice kitchen and bathrooms.

The house was loaded with all the utensils and dishware needed, house was clean and felt freshly updated. As noted the walls are extremely thin and the tall yet cool height of the ceilings gives a very open feel to the house it also creates an eco so you definitely have to watch your volume after 10pm when renting this property.
