You are at the center of Green Bay, 1 mile from the Packers stadium and stadium district. West side of river, close to shopping center, multiple grocery stores within 1-2 miles. 1 mile from downtown.
Basement has strength equipment already set up. Full kitchen, if i don't have it i can accommodate for you. Washer/dryer is free. All utilities and grounds keeping is done by homeowner. No more then 1 additional guest please.

Great placed to stay for 2
Stayed her with my wife. Aside from road construction on one of the neighborhood streets and a hiccup on the check in process, it was a great place to stay with extra amenities like large refrigerator/freezer and stove. Seller was very responsive and helped make or stay enjoyable.
