There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board supplied. With 2 spacious living areas, 6 private bedrooms and a backyard oasis with a private screened pool, this luxurious home easily accommodates large groups or 2 families traveling together. There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date for arrangements.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING***

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves.The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and street parking is allowed. This house does not feature a covered garage as it is turned into a game room for guest entertainment.

Small charcoal grill provided, If you need any vacation gear please arrange with host prior arrival.
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY

Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed

$150 Pet fee- each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
