Private home in quiet area. HOST LIVES IN THE HOUSE AND WILL BE IN THE HOME. Check in is 3pm for Mon-Fri arrivals and 7:30pm for Sunday arrivals. Check out is by 11am for all departures. Guests have full access to lower level (~1200 sq ft) which includes two bedrooms, common area and a bath. Guests have access to washer and dryer. Guests can use the upstairs kitchen for fridge, stove, and microwaves. Host provides wifi. Host does not provide toiletries-- bring own soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.
House is near Tyndall AFB (10 min).
Panama City is 20 mins away.
23rd St is 20 minutes away.
Gulf Coast College/FSU PC is 25 minutes away.
St Andrews State Park is 35 min away.
Pier Park/PCB is 45 min away traffic dependent.

Vacation review
Ralph welcomed us with open arms and made us feel comfortable and he treated us like a friend. The home was clean and put together, and we had plenty of space for our things. I definitely would love to come back here when we decide to visit my family again.
