This inviting gorgeous remodeled, lower unit includes two bedrooms with large King beds, and is just North of downtown.This home offers king beds, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, private parking and a backyard

Easy access to Elitches, Ball Arena, Mission Ballroom, Denver Zoo, Denver Aquarium, Coors Field, Art Musuem, Denver Musuem, Nature and Science, Cherry Creek Mall, Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, Childrens Museum, Empower Field, Dicks Sporting Arena, VA, Anschutz, Children's Hospital, etc.

This is the lower level of a 2 unit property. Each unit has its own private, separate entrance. The only shared space is street parking. There will be a tenant in the unit above you. Enjoy!

Complete and full access to the unit and private back yard.
This unit does not have control of the thermostat, the temperature is set a reasonable seasonal normal, fans and space heaters are provided should you want/need them!

We communicate through the app.

Great, quiet neighborhood.

Denver is best seen with car, Uber or light rail.

Vacation stay
We found the room to be clean, accommodating and everything was provided as usual for a VRBO. We didn’t enjoy not having control of the A/C. It was controlled by the unit upstairs that was only occupied 2 nights of our 5 night stay making it a little hot. We did find box fans in the closet to use. I would also suggest providing a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector in the lower unit as well for safety reasons.

Nice and cozy, beds were very spacious full kitchen and amenities fast internet and nice tv’s really great place to stay.
