This unit is located in a very desirable complex. It is one of the corner units with an open and airy feel due to the extra windows. You have what you need to cook a meal, or simply relax in comfort while enjoying the best the neighborhood and property offers!
I respect my guests wishes. I use contactless check in for safety for my guests. But, I am on property and a message or text away if you need assistance. We welcome you to our paradise, and interact with you in the manner you want, whether meeting in person or not. We are always here for your needs. We also follow all CDC Guidelines for cleaning.
This area is a local neighborhood with no businesses on the beach. There is no nearby public parking, so it truly is less crowded and a great place to be. With 700 feet of beachfront, you become a local, and enjoy without the crowds. One mile from Jetty Park it is a fabulous place to watch a launch. Grab your groceries, and avoid the launch traffic! Walk to Jetty Park and Port Canaveral, or to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have the best of worlds in this spot. With nightlife and restaurants around a mile away at the port, but peace and solitude on our beach, with only local neighbors that can walk here, or our guests! Hang like a local!
We recommend rental cars for this area due to no area businesses next door, but it is well worth it! Have a bike delivered to the property by an area vendor, or take Uber for a night out on the town.
You must be 28 years old or older to rent this unit. And, an ID must be uploaded sent to the Host in a message thread. This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. So, it is like you're renting someone's home. Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Only emergencies are handled after hours, so you must be able to reasonably accommodate your own needs after hours for any non-emergency requests.
Unit Rules
-Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 9 am and must observed
-Pool hours 9 am to dusk, no access after these hours
-Pool: Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
-Pool: No diving and running.
-Pool: No glass or food in the pool area.
-Pool: Swim at your own risk, no life guard on duty.
-Do not give out any Gate Code to others.
-2 parking spaces per unit
-Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balconies or walls.
-No pets other than owner pets. We are sorry, but we are NOT a pet friendly complex for our guests. Service dogs are allowed with documentation and a vest.
-No boats, motorcycles including scooters, motor homes, RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed on property. If you bring them on property, you will be asked to remove them.
-No skateboarding or motorized scooters or skate boards on property.
-No drone use on property except for on the beach.
-No additional guests without express permission from Kay.

-Do not take bath towels outside, beach towels are provided for you to use -Wash sand off the beach gear with the hose at the shower area at the end of each boardwalk.
-Excessive sand in the unit ends up with additional charges through AirBnB for damages since additional cleaning fees apply.
-Host assumes no responsibility for refunds due to things that may break but are out of the control of the Host such as appliances, hurricanes, power outages, internet outages, or any other situation out of the control of the owner and or Host. We will work with you rescheduling to accommodate our guests in most cases.
