Redding, Ca has been home to since I was a young girl and I can't imagine a better place to raise my girls. I spend my professional time as a photographer in the beautiful north state and hosting The Leland House. I spend my personal time with my family boating the lakes, hiking to waterfalls, and heading to the coast for fresh seafood as often as we can.
Why they chose this property
The Leland House was a safe home for us for a short while and was lovingly remodeled to create a safe, happy, and inspiring space. Becoming a short term rental was not the original plan so it truly was created to be a happy family home.
The house is simple, modern, artistic and has every feature needed to create a very comfortable stay for you and your family.

What makes this property unique
The house has a fantastic balcony off the master bedroom. The backyard is simple but a perfect outdoor dining area that is shaded. The kitchen has been completely updated and is highly functional!
The location is the absolute best! You can walk to Saturday Farmer's Market. Downtown Redding is less than a 5 minute car ride and hosts the best restaurants in town. The Sacramento River is also less than 5 minutes and you have access to rent paddle boards, a boat ramp, and aqua golf. The convention center is just down the road, as well as Sundial Bridge and the Turtle Bay Museum.
