**Note regarding the pool: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled. A required $300 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

NO Smoking of any kind

NO Confetti or anything taped to the walls.

$100 replacement fee if the parking pass or pool key is not left in the condo after checkout.
