We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due to the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.

Security Cameras: One camera that looks at the back house (which cannot be rented) and one camera located on the back house that looks towards the driveway in the back and back property.

We loved the house it was perfect for our little family. It was clean and had everything we needed except for a washer and dryer. It was close to town where we wanted to be. Will definitely stay again.

The Claret House is BEAUTIFUL! Will definitely be staying here when we come back. Very clean, very nice, and a perfect distance from anything you want to do. Also in a quiet area so no busy road noise whatsoever!!

Great Escape
This is one of the largest 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom rentals I have stayed at. Very artistic style throughout the home. Heavenly Hosts has my 5 star review for there prompt care. The Keurig coffee maker was not working, within 30 minutes of my phone call Heavenly Hosts had a brand new machine delivered.
