Our villa is located in the district Büyükcekmece. 15 minutes to TUYAP Exhibition Center, 25 km to Ataturk Airport and 1 hour to Sultan Ahmet Square, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia by public transport.
2000 m2 land on 600 m2 house use, garden with fruit trees, panoramic sea view, large outdoor pool, in addition to our fireplace in cold weather are unique, detached, private villa, at your disposal.

I need to place a claim to receive a full refund of my money that I paid for the rent of this proper
After several attempts to communicate with the manager (more than 3 messages), he refered us to his nephew stating that he lives in Germany not in Turkey. Couple of days before our arrival the nephew mentioned that the villa that we originally rented has no electricity and he will arrange another one and he sent us the pictures and we had no choice but to accept. The big surprise was when we arrived to the alternative villa which was in big mess. Very dirty and smells bad and we could not even sleep for couple of hours because of the bugs and spiders all over the place. I sent a note to the owner and called the nephew and informed them we cannot stay in that place and we have to leave. We left and rented another villa and we lost the communication with both of the owner and his nephew.

It is beautiful
No service like Tv , shampoo, dishwasher , towels , WiFi problem occasionally . We have to ask him with translator app, he said the rental is with no service like this. I wonder why he wants people rent a place in another country and carried their towels , dish washer, shampoo. This make it inconvenient. Good thing about it beds were clean and comfortable, view and yard is amazing we enjoyed it . He need to be friendlier and with providing furnished like towels and what visitor needs his place would be amazing and very clean , he need to have screen for his windows. In general it was amazing , I wish him the best🙏
