Festival Vacation
Excellent property and location for our family during a very busy annual festival in Charlevoix. It is walking distance to downtown but also on a quiet street when you want to get away and rest. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. Bathrooms are also well stocked. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlevoix area to consider staying here.

Clean, quiet and modern condo convenient to Charlevoix and lake Michigan
This is a very clean and quiet condo. Well equipped kitchen for modern living. Upstairs is very spacious and convenient with laundry on main and upper floor. Sometimes it’s hard to find comfortable beds when traveling but everything here was very comfortable. The upper deck is lovely. The convenience to downtown Charlevoix, bike and hiking trails make this a great place to stay. Highly recommend! Meghan was a very responsive host.

Worth the hype
My group of friends had been looking for a great location stay in northern Michigan with good golf, water and town access and this was the perfect fit. The unit is brand new with a great rooftop and the check in / check out was seamless. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

What makes this property unique

Fun Facts when onsite:
The Painting:

The large painting in the stairwell deemed “Lollipop” was painted in 1974, of the Chicago to Mackinac race, named specifically after sailboat 16031, Lollipop, in the painting.

The Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac is a 333-mile annual yacht race starting in Lake Michigan off Chicago, Illinois, and ending in Lake Huron off Mackinac Island, Michigan. It is hosted and managed by the Chicago Yacht Club.

The “Lollipop” was commissioned by the boat owner and Skipper in the race, Dick Webster, after this exact photograph, taken by Vern Arendt, was featured on page 4-5 of the September 1973 issue of Sailing magazine. The original magazine issue containing the photograph, and the photograph, is displayed at the start of the stairwell.
