Poor service from Vacasa
The welcome package only included the gate pass and no other info. The 10 digit entry code to the condo must be used throughout the stay with no key as a substitute. No information package in the condo. Not enough towels for 4 people. The coffee maker did not work and although I called 3 times and promises were made to send a replacement, I only received it on the last day of our stay. We found mold on picture frames, cockroach in the bathroom, dirty patio door windows and rusty dryer. I would never book with Vacasa again. ☹️

Best possible location on Hilton Head Island for a couple. However, unit had a strong musty smell. If not for this, it would have been our first choice for future visits.

Best place at HHI
This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was spacious, clean and had a great view of the ocean. It was a quick walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo and I plan to stay in the condo again!

Beautiful!
This home is such a great find! Beautifully renovated kitchen, new washer dryer and decor/furniture. The view was amazing and we spent quite a bit of time watching dolphins. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable stay with beautiful views and convenient location
I'd give this property 4.5 stars if that was an option. The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils and kitchen items, but bring your own salt/pepper/spices/coffee/etc. Dishwasher and clothes washer soap was provided which was very helpful. The property is a little dated in some ways but nothing unacceptable. Some minor improvements that could be made include patio doors that can be difficult to open/close, no blinds or curtains on one of the living room windows that face the beach, one broken chair on the deck, and it would be nice to have some way of cleaning the pollen off the deck chairs for sitting or eating outside. The views are beautiful, beds and couches were fairly comfy, it's an easy walk to the beach and Salty Dog Cafe, and we loved all the bike trails. We'd happily stay here again!

Beautiful view needs some loving care.
The view was very nice. You have to look through the tree limbs in certain spots but very spectacular no matter what. The kitchen was sparsely furnished based on other places we have stayed. The living room sofas were sagging and uncomfortable to sit on watching any TV in the evenings. The condo itself was very spacious and have two master suites made it a comfortable place to be. The outside deck furniture needed to be refurbished and one chair the seat was completely broken. All in all the place needs a little tender loving care but it is a beach place so acceptable. Would probably rent again and just bring the things we need especially chairs and umbrella for the beach.

We absolutely loved the view and location of this condo. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was also very spacious. And the resort grounds and trails and the whole area in general were amazing. We did feel that the condo could use some cleaning and updating. The floors weren’t super clean and some things-like mattresses and sheets and sofas were getting pretty old and worn out. It would also be nice to have some beach towels. And quite a few of the doors and screens were not working properly. But we loved our stay and we’re able to look past these things. :)

South Beach Paradise
First time staying at South Beach and so glad we did! Amazed at our view and gorgeous sunsets. Property was well kept and clean. 2 huge bedrooms and baths. Right near the beach by footpath and convenient for biking, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Great view and South beach location, but....
Loved the view and access to South Beach, however, this property is in dire need of updates, a remodel and/or general maintenance. It needs fresh paint everywhere, the furniture is dated, the washing machine is on its last leg, and there's still formica in the second bathroom. On the upside, Vacacasa was very easy to work with and gave us plenty of notifications regarding Hurricane Ian. Would certainly return to South Beach area, but not this unit.
