This property was the perfect country escape for out "city-dwelling" group. It was fun to arrive to freshly mowed fields of alfalfa (I think). It was baled early the next morning and moved to shelter two days later. Never during any of that were we disturbed by the noise. The farmer must have the quietest equipment around.
The house itself was beautiful. The renovation was well done and all amenities were as listed. Our group of 13 fit nicely. With four baths, the morning and evening routines were easily handled. The separate living areas were great to allow different groups to have their own spaces.
The kitchen was awesome. We did eat most of our meals "at home" and the kitchen was both a great work and dining space. With access to 3 refrigerators, we never wanted for additional space.
The communication with Annette was great. She really wanted to make sure that everything was perfect during our stay. She checked in occasionally, and responded to texts quickly. The only downside, was that we couldn't figure out how to get the myQ app to work on more than one device, so only one of us was able to open/close the garage doors.
I appreciated the check-out process...or rather lack of it. When I inquired what we needed to do before leaving, Annette, responded, "Nothing. We will take care of it." This is a refreshing change, since so many VRBO owners seem to want you to do a full clean. I also appreciated access to TP, paper towel, etc for our entire stay.
