Row house "Schulmeyer" with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons

The house "Schulmeyer" No. 19 is located in the resort "Zum Hallenbad" in Hooksiel. The object is a terraced house with a beautiful bay window.

On the ground floor is the living room with flat screen and exit to the terrace. A dining table completes the cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen is open from the living / dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities like dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and of course refrigerator and stove with oven.

A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also enough cabinet space.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Everything is bright and friendly. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun with the whole family. The garden is exclusively for the guests of the booked object.

Wir hatten eine absolut tolle Zeit!
Wir waren rund um zufrieden. * die Buchung verlief einfach * der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich, es wurde zeitnahe auf Fragen reagiert und hilfreiche Antworten gegeben * das Einchecken war komplett unproblematisch * das Haus war in einem absolut sauberen Zustand; Auf Kleinigkeiten wurde wert gelegt (z.B. waren Teelichter+Streichhölzer, Desinfektion, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Salz+Pfeffer, Alufelgen, Bücher, und ggf für Kleinkinder nötige Dinge vor Ort; uvm) und Alles war vorhanden * das Haus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet * Fußläufig gut zu erreichen: • Bäcker mit großer und leckere Brötchenauswahl • Fahrradverleih • Restaurant (was wir nicht getestet haben) • Spielplatz • uvm * ebenso gut ist der Statdkern/Alter Deich zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad/E-Bike zu erreichen * die Anfahrt zum Außenhafen/Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad/E-Bike bzw. Auto super einfach * das Auschecken verlief genauso problemlos, wie das Einchecken Wir hatten eine absolut tolle Zeit!
