Enjoy fabulous views of Lassen Peak & Downtown Redding lights from the kitchen, living room, bedroom & deck. Cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace inside or unwind with a glass of wine on the back deck after a day at the lake or busy work week. Enjoy the water feature as you lay in the hammock, roast s'mores around the fire pit & BBQ while entertaining out in the gazebo. Unfinished daylight basement has a washer/dryer, basic toilet + shower & several games. Let your adventure begin!

Family getaway
This place was amazing! Looks like it's been newly renovated, everything was just as described. The balcony and the patio are perfect entertaining spots or a great place to sit and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Beds were super comfortable, neighborhood was quiet and walking distance to downtown. We had everything we needed, I would definitely stay here again.
