In a peaceful neighborhood with the city centre, beach and train station at a walking distance is this the perfect spot for your vacation.

The shared entrance gives you access to the apartment. The flat is located in the basement and is only accessible via stairs.
All the basics that you need during your stay are available. A big living room with a flat screen, dining area and a kitchen. One sleeping room with a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed gives you all the things you need to make you stay comfortable.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Nicht gut
Mir war leider nicht klar, dass die Wohnung im Keller liegt, kein direkter Zugang zu einer Terrasse, man kann aus der Wohnung nicht nach draußen gehen. Steile Treppe nach unten. Spülungen im Haus hört man unten im Wohnzimmer. Schade.

Für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend.
Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Leider musste ich bei Ankunft erstmal die Haare aus dem Abfluss vom Waschbecken im Bad und eine Glasscherbe entfernen, damit das Wasser abfließt. Ansonsten war es in Ordnung sauber. Zu dritt in dem einen Zimmer ist es schon nicht sonderlich komfortabel aber für ein paar Tage absolut ausreichend. Wegen eines Bewegungssensors eines Lichtes kann man leider als dritte Person nicht auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ausweichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und unser Highlight war die Regendusche! Preislich bisschen überzogen, aber viel günstiger wird es in der Gegend nicht. Die Lage ist top und die Kommunikation zum Host auch gut.

Bewertung Aufenthalt
Leider war die Balkontüre kaputt und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Dadurch das die Treppe zum Apartment sehr schmal und eng war durften wir, in Absprache mit dem Vermieter die Reisetaschen durch das Fenster reichen. Badezimmer und Küche waren ok. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr feucht. Den Schlafanzug den wir tagsüber auf das Bett gelegt hatten war abends feucht und klamm. Schlechte Belüftung.
