Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is only minutes away from Pictured Rocks, waterfalls and miles of hiking trails. Located in Melstrand, only 15 miles out of Munising, but just down the road from Chapel Road, which leads to Chapel Rock, beach and waterfalls. Central Air for the hotter days and secluded enough to have peace and quiet, but only a minute away from Melstrand Store. Perfect for family and friends looking to see all the UP has to offer.

Beautiful Property, better for a Fall/Spring stay
Close to the store, and very near to multiple waterfalls! It was a great vacation. Deer were outside every single morning! So cool. However, mosquitos are able to get in even if all doors and windows are closed. We tried packing towels under the doors and still had dozens of mosquitos inside the cabin at all times, no matter how many we killed. It is located a few miles from mosquito falls, so bugs are expected. We just thought we'd be safe inside.

Convenient Location!
Recently enjoyed a last minute trip to hike part of the North Country Trail through Pictured Rocks Nat. Lakeshore. Chose this place initially due to limited options, but liked the location. This place is a very basic "modular" style of home, but very well equipped for your stay. The host was very responsive to a couple of information requests. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.
