Great location condo
This was my first trip to PR, attending a medical conference at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. My girlfriend and I had a great time at Melba's condominium for the following reasons:
1. The location was across the street from the hotel and beaches, plentiful restaurants nearby, Dollar car rental only 2 blocks away, and a large grocery store only a short 10 minute walk (grocery trolley provided by host in the unit).
2. The host was extremely diligent in responding to any enquiries.
3. The unit was exactly as described, a clean and very comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo. There was an AC in the bedroom with 4 ceiling fans throughout.
4. The internet and TV were wonderful with remotes provided.
5. There was a dedicated underground parking spot if you have a vehicle with your own garage door opener.
6. Clean warm pool accessible to residents only with keys.
7. The unit was secure with a metal lockable gate in front of the door.
8. Security guard at front gate entry of building ensuring that only residents or approved visitors allowed to enter.
We look forward to returning to Melba's place in the future. You won't be disappointed!
