This Fripp home is on a quiet cul-de-sac on a lagoon. It boasts of a peaceful shaded front porch with a spacious open floor plan living / dining / kitchen area perfect for a fun family vacation. Sleeps 13.

Two separate family room areas with big screen TVs for multiple gathering areas.

Amenity cards available for purchase for $50 each person for week, plus a 12.8% “Resort Fee”. (Resort fee is only calculated on the nightly rental rates).
Bike rental or golf cart rental contacts available on request.

Great Vacation
We had 3 families staying in this beautiful house. My 3-year-old grandson was so excited about the bunk room with all the beds. It was such a precious memory seeing him so excited he could barely talk. The property was beautiful, neat, clean and had all the essentials bath and kitchen items we needed.

Absolutely stunning home. Very thankful we could rent it for the week. Be sure to clarify Fripp resort amenity card fees prior to booking. Host was very kind and great at communicating

Enjoyed our stay
Overall, we loved the house. It had everything we needed. It's clean, decorated nicely, and the location on the island is great. For the most part, it had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Two things that were disappointing that I did not catch when I was looking for houses: 1. There was not a grill. I highly recommend providing one. 2. There is a nice garage, but guests do not have access to it. Our bikes were left unsecured. That also means you should plan to bring your own beach chairs, toys, etc...

Family Vacation
Our stay went great! Very comfy house for the family to stay and relax in. The house was newly renovated and it looked incredible. We’ve been to Fripp many times before and love coming back! We love how quiet the island is and it’s always exciting to see all the deer roaming around plus we saw a good amount of gators! Just observe from a far!!
