Close to MD Anderson.
We enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location close to the hospital I needed. It was in a gated complex and that I really liked. However, we did kill a few roaches, so the place need an exterminator. Also, one set of the folding doors was off the hinges in front of the washer and dryer. Check in was not so easy, but we finally made it. Other than that, the condo was great for our stay.

The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The condo offered everything we needed- lots of dishes, pots, towels, comfortable beds and furniture. The major issues we found were with the cleanliness, the apartment wasn't well cleaned and there was a roach issue, and we did not have a remote to open the front gate of the complex or access the gym. With a bit more refinement, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Perfect for Long-Term Medical Stay
Property was very clean with all amenities needed for a long term stay. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. Unfortunately for us, the pools were closed at the complex when we visited with our family (February/March). This was not posted in the property description and was one of the main reasons we chose this place. We were in Houston for a 5 week period doing a clinical trial and this place was only 5-7 minutes from Texas Children's Hospital. Overall a great stay and apartment in a nice area of the city. The place had very comfortable bedding, towels provided, in-apartment washer/dryer and a Google/Roku Tv's available in every room.
