This recently restored, detached farmhouse is 2.5 km independent entrance and private separate garden area. All 3 from the center of Montescudaio, surrounded by fields and olive groves in the immediate vicinity of the river Cecina. The house has 3 apartments, with a half of the house has been divided into 2 apartments! Each apartment has been renovated in recent years, the former structure has been revived and you will discover a beautiful arched ceiling and the typical Tuscan stone facade. The decor is very well maintained, the Tuscan style was considered in the choice of furniture. The pool belongs only to Pozzo 1!

Tolles Haus und sehr hilfsbereite Vermittler
Einfach eine schönes Haus in einer traumhaften Lage. Die Agentur ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht bei Problemen zur Seite. Werden bestimmt wiederkommen, aber diesmal 2 statt einer Woche, da diese zu kurz war.
