New hightop dining table with seating for four make this a comfortable setting to soak in the beauty of Maui.Living space is open and inviting! Tastefully decorated with the feel of the beach make this the perfect spot to relax. Complete with new convertible sofa sleeper and two arm chairs for plenty of seating, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef will need including plate ware, utensils, and cooking items. New dining table allows seating for four along with additional seating at the eat up bar.After a busy day exploring all the island has to offer the primary bedroom provides the perfect nights rest with new king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bath with shower. Central AC throughout to keep cool all year round.Washer/dryer allow for lighter packing.Sugar Beach Resort is a great location! Find shopping and golf nearby then come home and relax at the beachfront swimming pool, wading pool, sundeck, putting green, sauna, and hot tub. Great stay
This place is a little outside the town of Kihei, but right on the beach with an ocean view. Quiet, nice pool, plenty of parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Interesting. Original booking had water damage from unit above. We got the call at 10 at night as we were pulling into the parking lot. Folks located us a unit that night. It had no air and was very hot. We made it thru the night. They relocated us to a great unit. Enjoyed it so much. However we could not stay there our entire time do to booking issue. We were moved to another place for last 2 nights. Had issues with key code. However the CBIP folks were right on it. They were helpful throughout our trip. Would use them again. Water issue was not their fault and they were very helpful getting us in a great location
