-There is a pet fee of $99 for 1 dog and $150 for 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend.
-Please note, there are two cameras monitoring the front and side doors to ensure there are no parties that would be disruptive to the neighborhood and to keep the property secure. Both are exterior cameras.
-We supply a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom essentials.
- Our Smart HD LED TVs feature a subscription to YouTube TV. Watch live TV from 100+ channels and enjoy unlimited DVR. You may also cast to your own streaming service accounts while using our free 250+mbps WiFi.

The Traverse City Noise Ordinance mandates quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am. All guests are expected to honor this local law and be considerate of neighbors. No fireworks are allowed on this property.

There's a maximum of two dogs allowed and extra fees are charged as noted in listing description.

Late checkouts (past the regularly scheduled or prior agreed upon time) will be charged at $1/minute that you remain on the property.
