Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located UPPER LEVEL APARTMENT near a shopping center and restaurants. This 2 bedroom space is located in Central Detroit five minutes from Ferndale, 10 minutes from Royal Oak, and 15 minutes from Downtown Detroit. It sleeps 4 comfortably. Suitable for children 12 and up. No pets unless service animals and no smoking ($200 fee for each is applicable). Entry is 24 hours. Street parking is available. PARTIES AND GATHERINGS are PROHIBITED. Same day check in is available until 7 pm and it could be a 3 hour wait for a same reservation.

Other things to note
The heat system has one thermostat; however, the gas fireplace in the living room and electric fireplace in the bedroom are available to regulate the temperature in the unit. ID may be request during check-in if a profile picture is not available.

My Detroit Oasis
I can not say enough about how wonderful this host was and how comfortable her property was. My husband had an emergency surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and was there for 12 days. Theo was understanding about the reason I was there and did everything she could to make me comfortable and ease my mind. The personalized greeting, handwritten notes to myself and my husband and other little things she did were not expected and so appreciated. The apartment is so cute and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding smelled like a fresh, summer day. Location was perfect. I recommend this place 100%. This is a special place with a very caring host.

Charming Home in a Great Neighborhood!
The charming and quaint atmosphere, combined with the outstanding hospitality of the host and property manager, made for a great trip home to Detroit. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting place to stay in the heart of Detroit. The sign over the fireplace welcoming my fiance and I was a cute touch!

The Oasis Detroit
This peaceful, quaint property was everything advertised and more! We arrived to a personalized greeting, fresh linens and fresh poinsettias!! Communication was easy and response was prompt! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Detroit! We’ll be back!
