As part of a mandatory community registration process, guests will be asked to provide a name and car make/model along with the plate number. This registration entitles the guest passes to all the above mentioned communal amenities.
Checking into the property is very easy and convenient, after passing the gate with your registered gate pass, guests can self-check-in with the lockbox at any time of the day after 3:00 PM and check out by 11:00 am on your designated day. The property can park up to 5 cars. This home is the perfect place for you and your family during any season to escape the hassle of the noisy city to a relaxing getaway in the mountains.

When you arrive, please have the person that's driving take their driver's license and vehicle registration to the welcome center. (You will only have to do this the day of arrival) The welcome center is open 24/7.
You will receive a pass (keep in the car) that allows you to come in and out of the community for your whole stay.
*Since all drivers will be asked to show their license and registration, please be prepared to send us the names of everyone driving so we can add them to the reservation.
In the welcome center you can request a pass for the extra amenities in the community (wristbands) to have access to the pools/lakes and miniature golf. Wristband Pricing: $12/ day for adults (18+) $12/day for children (3-17) Pools and lakes are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
