GREAT LOCATION right across from the beach and the boardwalk! You will love being this close to all that Seaside has to offer, while privacy and quiet are still maintained in this very spacious three level - 3 BR/2.5 BA townhome.

Hardwood floors throughout with an open concept living room / dining / full kitchen area with Corian countertops. The Den offers lot of natural light through two big skylights and a wet bar for entertaining!

There are two private balconies with ocean views from the upstairs balcony. In addition there is a two car garage with it's own private entrance, as well as a private entrance shower to rinse off from the beach!

We include:
- 6 Beach Badges
- 6 Beach Towels
- 4 Beach Chairs
- Cable TV and Internet

- We don not supply linens or bath towels

- No smoking. No pets. No proms.

- Families only

- No renters under the age of 26

$500 security deposit which will be released after checking out if no damages are reported by the owner.

Great stay at the shore
This house is perfect for a week at the beach! we especially loved being off the ground floor and away from the noise, especially with two young kids.

Such a great vacation!
Thank you Mike for welcoming us into your home. It was perfect! Perfect location, just steps from the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The condo is very spacious so we could all have a place to spread out. Plus there were so many amenities...Looking forward to our next stay.

Great Location
Overall, great property. Right next to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for our large group. The kids stayed entertained with having the boardwalk so close. Clean and plenty of room.

Perfect for our group!! A block from the beach and no rowdy party groups!!
Great property! Great location! Clean and decorated for that beachy feel! LOVED the balconies! Perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. A block from the beach with no rowdy partying - perfect! Beach badges, chairs, towels supplied - which made our trip less complicated:) The kids even woke up on Sunday morning to watch the sunrise at the beach. GREAT memories were made at this house:) We'll be back to make more!! *lots of stairs, which I loved because I burned off all the boardwalk treats;) But may not be the best for families with smaller children or those that may struggle on stairs.
