The 2-room apartment (42 m2) is on the 1st floor. The apartment is new, modern and comfortably furnished. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200). In the living-dining room the sofa can also be used as a bed, flat screen TV and radio. The kitchen is easy to clean in maple decor and has a granite cover with a glass ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have parquet flooring. The bathroom is equipped with shower/WC/avabo. Bed linen and towels are available.
House and outdoor area:
The Chesa Palüds is situated in the middle of the unspoilt plain of Surlej with a direct view of the castle Crap da Sass.
There is enough space for your sports equipment or your bike.
Direct connection to the cross-country skiing track. In winter we have a covered place for your car.
In summer there is a small garden seating area for communal use.
