Welcome - in the wild and romantic Bodetal! There are a 2-room guest apartment and three 3-room guest apartments on the ground floor. All apartments are fully furnished, kitchen, bath with tub or Shower, TV, W-LAN. Furthermore, we offer a bright and friendly gezichgtete 6-room apartment in the 5th Upstairs. Elevator available. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, dressing room and 2 balconies. Bed linen is included in the original equipment. Towels are to be brought. The accommodation costs include a final cleaning. Car parking spaces are available. Smoking and animal husbandry is not permitted. die Kommunikation und Information vom Vermieter (Wohnungsgesellschaft) war besser als mit der Agentur. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein PKW-Stellplatz, der die Sache noch einfacher machte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (ein Fön wäre noch schön gewesen) und ausreichend groß. Da ein Tagesticket auf den zentralen Parkplatz mit 3€/d sehr günstig ist, kann man das auch notfalls öfter machen. Alles in Allem: eine preiswerte Empfehlung für einen schönen Urlaub im Harz!

Super Startpunkt für Wanderungen
Die Lage war für uns wirklich sehr günstig, da wir zum Wandern angereist sind. Die Wohnung hatte alles Nötige, was wir brauchten: eine ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Betten und Raum zum Chillen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und leicht erreichbar vom Erdgeschoss aus. Die reservierten Parkplätze sind direkt an der Haustüre, daher ist es kein Umstand, Gepäck und Einkäufe in die Wohnung zu transportieren. Apotheke, Metzger, Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar bzw bei Anfahrt fährt man ohnehin an viele Supermärkte vorbei. Alles in allem eine gelungene Reise!

weitaus besser als erwartet, gut renovierte, mit allem eingerichtete Wohnung, unheimlich war die Ruhe. Können die Wohnung mit bestem gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Sehr gute unterkunft
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nur halt die Umgebung, halt Plattenbau. Aber hat nicht weiter gestört, da den ganzen Tag unterwegs.
